Essay 1-Character Description

My character for the Middle Ages essay is named Jose Gonzales Rodriguez. Jose is 18 years old, has black hair that he spikes up, and is short and skinny. He is a high school drop-out who claims to have dropped out of school so he could work full-time as a construction worker. He works to support not only his parents, but also his girlfriend who is the mother of his 9 month old son, Jose Gonzales Rodriquez Junior. Whenever Jose has some money left over, he usually spends it on cigarettes and alcohol instead of paying the phone bill, and he thinks his beat up Chevy Blazer with cheap aluminum rims and a "Mexican Pride" sticker on the back window is the best car in the world. Everyone in the small apartment building where he lives is related to him in SOME way, and his parents, grandparents, five siblings, two of his cousins, and a buddy from work all live in his apartment. Whenever Jose goes out, the rest of his family must go out too, which means about 14 of his family members pack into his Blazer which seats 8 comfortably, and when they reach their destination, it takes them about 20 minutes to make sure everyone has gotten out of the car and no one is left behind. Jose wants to go to Disney World so he can spend more time with his girlfriend and baby boy without having to work or be bothered by the rest of his family.
